I really enjoyed two articles in this edition–the one about survival and the one about what is takes to accomplish your dreams. Both articles have the same underlining themes and help to create a plan for success. I would like to see more articles about dealing with procrastination.
Thanks,
Claire

Sid Savara’s article about moments really makes me think about wasting time. I waste time when I let myself get caught in an unproductive mood, such as depression or listlessness. I enjoy this newsletter very much.

Thank you!

About the ‘bad’ things in life, I also read a helpful tactic to give the bad things in life just the attention they need, minimal, and not more. If we tell the bad story to absolutely everyone we see, think about it all the time, muse and think about it all the time, a bad thing becomes much much bigger. Think about the people you know who complain for hours and hours about the same thing. So you have the actual event, AND the hours and hours of complaining, which adds to the hours of the bad event. I am incorporating this theory into my life – just the attention that the bad event deserves and not more.

All of the articles are informative and encouraging indeed, especially, those who covered “Survival” & “What it takes to accomplish your dreams” . I certainly agree with you Jonathan – Dreams are vague and far away. Goals are tangible & achievable. I am grateful to your team’s commitment to produce such an informatively self-help newsletter. Thumbs up!!
