My name is Steven Aitchison and the purpose of my blog, Change Your Thoughts, is to help you create empowering thinking patterns, behaviors, beliefs, and thought processes, so you can live the life you were truly born to live.

It is my passion to help people see the good in themselves and help change their negative thinking patterns and outdated beliefs about themselves. We are all brought up with other people’s beliefs and a lot of them are outdated and my aim is to help you look at life from a new perspective and change your life, should you wish.

I write about everything that will help to change your life for the better, some things you might like, some things you might not like, but there will always be something useful that you might be able to use to help you in some way.

I was born and raised in Scotland, UK and live in the west of Scotland with my wife and two sons who I adore. I work as an addiction counselor helping clients with overcome their alcohol and drug problems.

Hi Steve

Just read your article in this months newsletter, thanks for sharing it. Great ideas!

I see you live in Scotland. I’m Irish and my second favourite country in the world is Scotland. Being there loads of times, I love it. I also play the Bagpipes which I also love. I’ve written a book about my travels with the bagpipes called “A Pipers Tales”. My bagpipe website is http://www.Bagpiper.ie.

Enjoy and sounds like you do some great work in Scotland!

Carpe Diem!

Hi Sean, thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, i really appreciate it. Never really known anyone who played the bagpipes except my uncle so it’s good to hear you are carrying on the tradition :) . Loved the video of you playing the bagpipes.

All the best.
Steve
