Greetings, fellow travelers on this earth. Life is an amazing journey, and it’s great to be taking some of these steps together! Hi, my name is Lance Ekum, and I’m on this life journey also. Pretty amazing stuff to think about – how we started out our life – and where we are today!
A little over two years ago, my life was on auto-pilot. Everything was moving along nicely and life was good. Or was it? One evening and one seemingly ordinary thing would change all of that. An evening out with my wife to see a new movie led to my own thoughts about what life is really about. This began the journey down the path I now travel.
Life. A jungle? Sometimes it can feel like that, overgrown with all the “things” that are in our life, even when our life is seemingly on auto-pilot. It doesn’t have to be, though. With a focus on what truly matters, and connecting to a deeper part of ourselves – we can all journey down a life path that brings much meaning to our being.
This personal journey is one focused around a deeper discovery of life’s meaning for me.
I currently live in Wisconsin, with my lovely wife and three children.

Since you are so sweet…I’ll spill the beans right here!! That movie: “The Bucket List”. The movie was fun to watch. The bigger thing though, for me – how the whole premise of the movie had me thinking more deeply about what matters to me…
