I’m so pleased to meet you!

Life is filled with pinnacles and valleys, and I feel them more than most.  I am what is termed a highly sensitive person.  Among other things, I’m attuned to the subtleties in the world around me, feeling immediately and quite deeply nuances others may miss.  I often see things from a different perspective.

To help make sense of the astounding array of information I physically absorb, I learned at a young age to retreat often into quiet spaces and ponder my understanding of reality, always peeling back more layers and delving even deeper with a never-ending, “Okay, but why?

A more formal foray into metaphysics began at the supper table with an education from free-thinking and unconventional parents.  Now, my unique awareness sees purpose and unity everywhere.  I’ve learned by enduring incredibly difficult and painful personal circumstances and witnessing the most phenomenal and wondrous turnarounds in my own life that we each have the power to overcome what may seem insurmountable odds.

I find life to be fascinating!  It’s a continual source of wonder and awe, and I know it to be rich in miracles.  In my work as an author and on my blog, I share insights about living a life of happiness and well-being in hopes you might find application in your own life, so that you, too, create for yourself the changes you wish to see.

I’m currently writing a series of books and, when not at my desk, I’m outdoors reveling in the perfection of nature and marveling at being a part of something so incredibly intricate as this beautiful event we call life.

Julie,
It’s hard to take in, but it’s the truth. Pain brings out the best in us.
Thank you.

Ebere, thank you for your comment. Lifting ourselves out of pain takes conscious effort, but the practice does become easier with time. We can start with the small irritations of daily life and observe how our understanding of this concept expands each time we make the mental shift.
