My journey has led me to examine every treasured belief about myself and the world and to actually feel painful and frightening emotions without the drama. I realized that I had to risk everything and put my whole life up for grabs. I saw that my life was being lived, but that I wasn’t present for it. Little by little, the knots have been disentangled and the armor has dissolved.

What has been revealed is the unrestricted flow of love, joy, creativity, freedom…and so much happiness. All apparent naturally and effortlessly once the reactions and triggers have been unraveled. It’s been a blessed journey, and I’m delighted to share with you what I’ve learned along the way.

By training, I am a Ph.D. psychologist with 16 years of experience offering psychotherapy. In addition to writing, I love to meet with people individually and in groups to support them in gaining the insights they need to release mental and emotional patterns that distract from happiness, inner peace, and full creative expression.

I have worked with adults, elders, couples, families, and teenagers as well as people with pain and chronic medical problems. As a therapist and facilitator, I create a safe and welcoming space for my clients that holds the possibility for their deepest healing and fulfillment.
