Farnoosh Brock

A few years ago I felt pangs of desire to do more, to create, to build, to draw, to paint, to dance, to read, to travel far and frequently. I decided to stop waiting and to pursue the passions which make me happiest. I wanted to find equanimity in my life. I wanted to recognize and find the missing pieces from my happiness.

My motivation behind the search for these missing pieces can be summed up in a drive for self-improvement, the mad desire to learn and grow, and the determination to reach my potential. There is no finish line to the goals which I pursue. There is no state of ultimate attainment. In yoga, in public speaking, in Argentine tango, in eating well, in the pursuit of foreign language skills, in learning about other cultures, in finding new and exciting locales to visit in this world, there can be no completion of such tasks to perfection in one lifetime. There is only a journey where the self evolves, explores, grows, learns, grows more, and repeats the cycle. It is in these ounces of self-improvement that I find my deep inspiration and conviction to push further, to aim higher, to live fuller.

I have made a pledge to my writing approach, to which I shall stay true. No subject is off limits so long as I find it is aligned to the theme of my blog prolific living and that it can inspire my readers in that regard. And so prolific living is a modern perspective on age old habits of living well and fully; I write as I evolve through this fabulous life and I aim to write timeless content which will stand the test of time. My intention is to plant seeds of belief in my readers that they too can live a prolific life.

Farnoosh,
Life is an amazing journey…and your writing shines on really finding that “amazing” that touches a deeper part of you. You are most certainly planting those seeds of belief…
